sequined circle clutch and diamond wedding rings
When Meghan started collecting ideas for her wedding, she knew she wanted it to be less trendy and more timeless. Being a designer & letterer, all the paper goods were going to have her touch. The invitation and save the date were clean and modern, the calligraphy on the place setting cards were hand drawn, and the simple decor, florals and terrarium centerpieces together with the brick walls of their wedding venue, Hickory Street Annex were a beautiful mix of industrial and romantic. So happy Apryl Ann is sharing this one with us. We absolutely love it!

We had our family members and closest friends write small notes to both of us and read them before the ceremony. It was just a sweet time to slow down and breath in the day, and help us prepare for the sweet moment that was coming.

Meghan used her collection of glass treasure boxes as the starting point for the design of the wedding and quickly decided to use them as terrariums for the centerpieces. They were all vintage and thrift store finds except for the triangle one on the right. You can snag that one at Urban Outfitters!

Overall, we didn’t want anything to distract from what the main focus was, which was people and the beautiful coming together of conversations and love. We chose someplace with open space and lots of windows to give a serene but joyful mood.
